* Admitted to the State Bar of California in 1977 [State Bar Number 78741].

 

* House-counsel for the sixth largest apartment builder in the U.S. in all phases of real estate, including financing,         development, syndication, construction, leasing and management.

 

* Partner with the law firm of Quattrin, Clemons & England with general practice emphasizing real estate,                       construction and business law; and in 1998, Tim and Marshall Jaquish associated their respective law practice           businesses under the name of Clemons & Jaquish.

 

* Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association since 1983; served as a Judge Pro-Tem for the Sacramento           County Municipal Court; admitted to practice in California and in the Eastern District of the U.S.D.C.; and a                 member of the Business and Real Estate Sections of the California Bar Association.

 

* In 1998 - received an “AV® Preeminent™” rating by Martindale-Hubbell® which signifies that legal abilities are of       the very highest rating standard and that professional ethics are unquestioned.
