Marshall K. Jaquish
PRACTICE HISTORY
Marshall started his legal practice in Sacramento in 1988 with the law firm of Hefner, Stark & Marois. As an associate, Marshall practiced in the following areas of law: land use; real estate transactions; real estate litigation; business formation; business transactions; business litigation; product liability; bankruptcy; tax; construction; and construction defect litigation.
In 1991, Marshall joined the law firm of Mackenroth, Seley & Anwyl. As an associate and later as a partner, Marshall practiced in the following areas of law: real estate transactions; real estate litigation; business formation; business transactions; business litigation; product liability; construction; and construction defect litigation.
In 1998, Marshall and Tim Clemons associated their respective law practice businesses under the name of Clemons & Jaquish, and since then, the emphasis of Marshall’s practice has been in real estate law and business law.
